Classroom Use Requests
Students, staff, and faculty may submit requests to use classroom spaces outside of regularly scheduled class meetings for the purposes such as club or student organisation events, group study sessions, special events. Requests must be submitted in person to the Office of the Registrar in ADM 1104.
Departmental Classroom Preferences
Up to two weeks before course offerings for the next term are published, departments and academic units may submit their classroom preferences via email to the Office of the Registrar. Acceptable requests involve shared spaces, such as Community Hall, the Social Science Centre lecture hall, and the Forum in the main library building.

The Office of the Registrar maintains a comprehensive database of the active classroom spaces maintained by the Academy. This database can be viewed below.
